My recent appointment was a follow up call after my asthma review. I missed Lauren’s call so called the surgery to explain why. Lauren called again and she was pleased the advice she gave me had worked so well.

Phoned for a non urgent appointment and offered one two days later with my own GP

Good rapport with Dr. All questions answered and some changes made to ongoing prescription.

Long wait but worth it.

Virtually impossible to get through via telephone. Have to visit in person to make an appointment.

Answer the telephone, like you did pre-Covid! Don't be so "reluctant" to provide what should be normal appointments, ie actually seeing a GP. I do not want to consult with a GP over the telephone !!
